In Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), many families live without regular medical or dental care. Doctors and clinics are often hampered by a severe shortage of equipment and basic supplies. Also, for many, learning a trade, or even finding employment, begins with having the right tools for the job. Access to tools and equipment can offer the beginning of a solid economic future. The Pan American Development Foundation's In-Kind Donation Program reaches the poorest and most disadvantagedin LAC. PADF solicits in-kind donations of medical and dental equipment and supplies, technical tools, computers, disaster assistance supplies, and reconstruction equipment. All donations must be in good working condition. Our donors are manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers as well as individuals and institutions that donate new or used equipment.Donations can bring recognition and publicity for donors in the recipient countries in LAC and the United States. In addition:
