Building Social Values

This project builds the value chain in artisan communities of Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Honduras through two primary means. The project generated opportunities for artisans, especially women, to create and market artisan products of higher quality and better design, with more efficient production methods. Once this phase was complete, the focus of the project shifted to marketing this line of artisan products throughout the three countries, contributing to the social and economic-wellbeing of the largely women and indigenous artisans.
