LEAD Applicants Receive Business Training in Haiti

This week, PADF hosted a three-day training in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, for entrepreneurs applying to the LEAD program (Leveraging Effective Applications of Direct Investments). Funded by USAID, LEAD aims to attract investments in Haiti-based businesses. LEAD provides winning enterprises with matching grants to leverage investments. The program also offers technical assistance to help entrepreneurs implement their business plans and strengthen operations. Strong businesses create employment and provide economic security, which will lead to long-term economic growth for Haiti.
