Robert M. McGee, 62, served as President of Occidental International Corporation, a Washington-based unit of Occidental Petroleum Corporation from 1991 to 2008.  He also served as Vice President of Occidental Petroleum Corporation during this time.  He joined Occidental in 1973.

Mr. McGee was a Trustee of the Pan American Development Foundation from 1985 to 2007. He is also Past-President of PADF. During his tenure chaired the Nominations Committee, and was a member of the Fundraising Committee, the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee.

Mr. McGee is a past Commissioner on the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships from 1993-2000.

He is a member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Decatur House Museum, a property of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.   He is a Counselor at the Meridian International Center, and a member of The Metropolitan Club of Washington, National Press Club, and The Economic Club of Washington.

Prior to joining Occidental in 1973, Mr. McGee served as Director of Information for the National Petroleum Council, an industry advisory body to the Secretary of the Interior (1970-73).

Mr. McGee resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife, Mary Lou.  They have two sons and two grandchildren.
