At PADF Mexico, we are proud to have supported Continental Aguascalientes in a comprehensive training and awareness initiative aimed at strengthening its organizational culture. In May 2025, Continental’s personnel actively participated in specialized workshops and courses focused on preventing and addressing workplace bullying and harassment, enhancing communication skills, and developing a model protocol for the prevention and response to workplace violence from an intercultural and intersectional perspective.
These trainings are part of the project “Strengthening the Aerospace, Automotive, and Electronic Components Manufacturing Industries,” which operates in seven Mexican states: Aguascalientes, Baja California, Jalisco, Mexico City, State of Mexico, Nuevo León, and Querétaro. This initiative brings tangible benefits to participating companies, including compliance with current labor legislation, proactive adoption of new labor reforms in Mexico, alignment with T-MEC commitments, and the promotion of safer and more productive work environments. It also contributes to building greater trust and well-being among workers.
