Washington, D.C. – The Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) is proud to announce the re-election of Kathleen C. Barclay to its Board of Trustees. She returns to a distinguished group of individuals who provide strategic leadership to achieve PADF’s mission of creating a hemisphere of opportunity for all.
Ms. Barclay has an extensive history with PADF, having previously served in key roles including President, Treasurer, and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. Her deep understanding of the organization will continue to be an asset as she resumes her position on the Board.
Based in Santiago, Chile, she is Principal of Asesorías KCB Ltd., a management consulting company that specializes in facilitating cross-border business opportunities between Chile, the United States, and other parts of the Americas. Alongside her role at Asesorías KCB Ltd., Ms. Barclay holds several notable positions. She serves on the Boards of Directors for MetLife Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., MetLife Seguros Generales S.A., and the American Chamber of Commerce in Chile. Additionally, she chairs Geomar S.A. and Austral Capital in Chile S.A. Her influence also extends to Peru, where she is a member of the Boards of San Fernando and Banco Interamericano de Finanzas.
